You could then use the bought account to obtain a redeem code to get a Windows 10 account, however this account's stat would instead read "Account Redeemed." You could only get one redeemed account per "bought" account and you could not use a "redeemed" account to get a redeem code for the other version. Minecraft: Java Edition free for PC, Mac. If your account was redeemed, you wouldn't be able to get a redeem code for an account of the other version. However, I have an idea that would be able to solve the loop.Įach account in both versions would have a stat. I am aware that this would create a loop where once you obtain your free account, you can use it to obtain another free account in the other version, and the process can continue. I know that Java players can get free Windows 10 accounts, so why not the other way around? I have a friend who is in the Windows 10 Edition and they want to get Java Edition but don't wanna have to pay for Minecraft again.
